Scope of engagement
Each mandate is governed by a written proposal defining scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. These terms apply in addition to that proposal.
Fees and payment
Fees, currency and payment schedule are set out in the proposal. Third-party licences and media spend are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
On full settlement of fees, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and methodologies remain the property of Digital Chouki.
